MEET OUR PRINCIPAL SOLICITOR: IVANA HORVAT

Ivana was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in February 2011. She has experience in a range of areas of law, including, conveyancing, commercial disputes, wills and general litigation.

Prior to founding Sydney Law & Property Ivana worked at various law firms. She has gained knowledge in all aspects of litigation and appeared in various Courts and Tribunals across Sydney including the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, CTTT now known as NCAT, Fair Work Commission and the Industrial Relations Commission.

Ivana has represented clients in a wide range of matters: family, employment, building claims, property, commercial disputes, motor vehicle accidents, and insurance disputes. Ivana has also previously acted for insurers in various motor vehicle damage claims. Ivana has provided legal advice and assistance to individuals and businesses in Court proceedings.
