What to Expect at Your Initial Consultation
Book your initial consultation and speak to Ivana Horvat, the Principal Solicitor at Sydney Law & Property.
The consultation will usually be conducted in person at our office (by appointment only) or by telephone.
The initial consultation is an excellent way for you to determine how we can help you.
Firstly, we will assess your need to engage the services of a solicitor and then we will ask you to provide us with the facts, issues and the desired outcome or result you wish to achieve. As our slogan says you give us the facts and we will give you the law.
At the conclusion of your initial consultation you will be clear on what direction we will take going forward and we will advise you what legal costs you could expect to incur for any future work. You will be provided with a range of estimated legal costs for every stage of your case. In some cases we also offer fixed fees so you could be sure of what you will pay.
